How to Section a Grapefruit

cut the top and bottom off the grapefruit

stand the grapefruit on one flat side and begin to slice down the peel following the curve of the flesh

continue around the grapefruit until all of the peel is removed

holding the peeled grapefruit in the palm of your hand, slice into the side of the flesh

then slice on the other side of the section still following the angle of the flesh

remove the section and continue around the fruit until all flesh has been removed
